Hi guys,My girlfriend and I are looking for yet another fun co-op game on the Switch to play together. She is a pretty casual gamer but we have already beaten Overcooked and Super Mario Odyssey.

Best foosball. He sports a blonde goatee and thin-rimmed glasses; muscled forearms pop out from his NFL Alumni Golf Classic polo shirt. - table soccer has languished in the wilderness.Phil Schlaefer hopes to change that.Schlaefer leads me to an empty Riviera conference room.

We are now looking for another fun game to play. We were considering Infinite Mini Golf but I read some reviews on this subreddit in the past talking about how bad the controls were and to wait for future updates. My question is: does anyone know if past updates have made this game more playable and is it worth picking up now for only 15 bucks?. Infinite Minigolf is good, There are three built-in themes, and recently they added two extra theme packs for free, all of which include 4 9-hole courses, which each have 3 or 4 difficulties which changes the courses up a bit and makes them feel a little different, so essentially with the DLC you're getting 36 or so official built-in courses per theme for absolutely nothing. You could also create your own custom courses. I think they've said they intend to release more in the future but don't quote me on that.If you decide to play submitted courses, be aware that there are going to be some really low-quality level designs, as is standard with these types of create-and-share games.

There is an option to skip these courses in randomized quick play (100 Mario challenge-esque from Mario Maker, if you're familiar) and in local multiplayer and there's a nice fleshed-out course browser to search for specific levels should you want to do so. You can also download some courses to play offline, but the way that works is a little bit annoying, takes up a slot in your saved courses (including ones you create) and I've never done it, so it's better to just play submitted courses outright from Quickplay/course browser. If you were to play the game without internet connection, it's better to just stick to the built-in courses, they're functional enough and fun to play.Attempting to play online multiplayer, however, has always ended up in me being sent to an empty lobby, so I would assume absolutely nobody plays this game online. Not a big deal however if you are to play the game with your girlfriend/friends/family.

It's really simple and pick up and play. They recently updated the game to add an alternative control scheme to the admittedly over-sensitive default. To enable these, you can go into the options menu and tick a check box.You can also customize your own characters, pick your clothing and golf clubs, balls, etc. It's a pretty fun game, I've spent quite a bit of time playing it with my wife and we both love it.Edit: I would also personally recommend Rocket League, it's only 20 bucks. It's soccer but with cars, and it's really fun to play co-op. My wife and I have I think like 50 hours logged, it's super addictive and simple and fun. Totem trailer. It's fun, the worst control is the ball hitting, it's just too sensitive. The animations are annoying as well but can be skipped.

I played with four players and it took forever, by the end of 9 holes most everyone was bored with it. You definitely have to tweak the game settings for a most enjoyable game. It's not worth the money imo, but it's fun and different in terms of mini golf. I think once everyone were to play it enough and understand the bonus mechanics it would get a lot more competitive and less frustrating.
